APRIL EVENTS AT LUCAN LIBRARY

There is so much to do at Lucan Library this April, from book clubs to poetry sessions, exhibitions to STEM events there is plenty for everyone to get excited about this April!

Eco Week Events for Adults, Tuesday 16th April at 11am

Learn to create plantable seed paper with recycled materials that are perfect for pollinators and will give you colourful floral displays that can be enjoyed all summer long. For bookings go to Eventbrite.

Climate Change Talk, Thursday 18th April at 7pm

Join Dr. Darren Clarke for an informative talk on the changing climate. Boost your knowledge and book your place now via Eventbrite.

Introduction to Chat and Play Sessions, Wednesday 10th April at 10am

Rebecca McDermott, founder of This is Me is a qualified Play Practitioner and will introduce and explain her upcoming series of Chat and Play sessions for Neuro-Divergent Pre-School Children. Lucan Library have received special funding and are delighted to be able to host a series of these sessions. Bookings are essential and are available now via Eventbrite.  

Spring into Storytime, Saturday 20th April at 10am

Storytime circle at Lucan Library is a truly magical experience for young readers and parents alike. The team read the first story then its over to parents and guardians to read to your little book worms!

Library goers note that regular Storytime continues every Tuesday at 3pm & all are welcome.
