Whether you’re 8, 18 or 80, grab your family and friends & celebrate Culture Night- a national moment celebrating culture, creativity and the arts. This year Culture Night events will take place on Friday 22nd September. Join the team at Lucan Library to celebrate the eighteenth year of this amazing event.

The Library will reopen from 5.30pm to 8pm for Culture Night events. Please note that regular library service will end at 4:30pm.

5.30pm - 6.30pm: Family Kite Making Workshop. Choose from hundreds of templates to create your kite with Glenn Heasly of Go Fly Your Kite. Booking essential via Eventbrite from Friday 8th September at 5.30pm.

7pm - 8pm: Lucan in Pictures and Words: Palmerstown Camera Club present images of iconic Lucan heritage sites. Booking via Eventbrite from Friday 8th September at 5.30pm.
