Join Paul Butler on Tuesday 7th  May at 7pm for an exciting live Photogrammetry tutorial open to all. Photogrammetry is the art and science of extracting 3D information from a series of photographs of an object or site to produce an exact 3D model or a 3D image. This process can be done by using any device with a camera like a phone and free software and is a great way of learning a new skill in the process. This can be done by anyone from beginner to expert and is a fairly easy process to do with just a little practice required. Paul will explain all processes and required free software and how to get started.

Fancy trying your hand at creative writing? Join Maeve Devoy on Thursday 16th May for an interactive session at the library. New & existing group member’s welcome. Mave will share insight into how to get started on writing and how to improve your skills.

As well as weekly classes, Lucan Library will also host a series of not-to-be-missed exhibitions. These include Irish Myths and Legends from 13th May and Lucan Community College Adult Art Group, which takes place on Tuesday 30th April from 6:30pm.
